| With web-o-matic you choose the design at the very start of the process and you can demo our products to see how they work. |

| How can I update my site? |
|
| All of our modules have an option for a Content Management System (CMS). In simple terms this lets you update the text on the website without needing a great deal of technical knowledge. |

| Do you sell online shops? |

| Yes! We have 4 options, from the most basic shop to a super advanced shop which prepares detailed sales report and online management of products? |

| How do I get it on the Internet? |
|
| You may already have a hosting agreement, if you don’t we can host your website from £10 per month. |

| How do I order? |

| We like to come and visit you show that we can show you all the designs and modules, and you can ask us some questions. You can also order over the telephone. |

| Can I add my company logo? |
|
| Yes! The text, logo and some of the images on each design can be changed….by you! You tell us what you want to change and we take care of the rest. |

| What about credit card payments for online shops? |
|
| We recommend that you use the Bank of Ireland Optimal Payments scheme. We’ll help you set up the merchant account. |

| What’s the advantage of a Content Management System (CMS)? |
|
| The CMS will let you manage you own text content on the page. You don’t need to call anyone to perform expensive updates. You can update the text and often as you want, and as many times as you want? |

| How can I update my website? |
|
| If you buy one of our Content Management Systems (CMS) you can update the content quickly and easily. If you don’t buy a CMS you can still edit the content using web editing software like Dreamweaver or Front Page. |
